Great, stable peels for my Ooni pizza oven
Used these peels for the first pizzas cooked in my Ooni oven. The larger one was perfectfor making the pizza and the non stick surface worked perfectly. The smaller one worked great for rotating the pizza in the oven, keeping the cook even and crust well baked. Love these tools for my pizza oven

False sizing.Actual width of the 12 inch launching peel is 11.5 inches.Actual width of turning peel is just over 7.5.Disappointing that companies are permitted to straight up lie here on Amazon and on their own packaging.If you are planning on making a true 12 inch Neapolitan Pizza, don’t buy.
