Great camera, easy to setup and get rolling!PROs:-once setup, this camera has worked without fail and pic/vid quality is good-alerts are timely and sensitivity is adjustable-cheap and easy with a MICRO SD, does not take a traditional SD Card-No hidden subscriptions or feesCons:-Night vision distance/clarity is not nearly as far as daytime, may seem obvious but may impact your mounting plans-The 3-way hard wired dongle makes installation messy. I actually cut the CAT input and security system integration cables off and taped the ends to minimize the hole size when drilling through my eaves. If you need all inputs, plan on drilling a 3/4" hole to stuff the cables through.-Some feed delay to the app (1 second-ish) which can give you some choppy real-time viewing but recordings are smooth.I would give this 5 stars for the value but the install with the large dongle had me frustrated pulling the wire into my attic.

I purchased this camera to add to an existing 1 camera system. First off, I was very pleased to find that this camera was designed to work with my existing software app. Large plus for me as that meant I didn't need a second app. I hooked the camera up, and had a few minor issues getting the app to find the camera, not a camera issue, but rather an issue with the app. My major point of contention was that the camera didn't recognize the sd card. I thought maybe the card was bad, so I tested it on my laptop with the supplied adapter. I was able to see the card and format it, so I re-installed the card, still nothing. I tried a different older card, still wouldn't recognize that a card was installed. I returned and re-ordered. Will do another review once I get the new camera. Other than the issue with the sd card, the camera worked as described and seemed to be of good quality. I have a camera from SVC3 currently, and have been very happy with it, despite other people posting bad reviews. I ordered this camera as SVC3 is no longer offered by Amazon, and the camera seems to be made by the same manufacturwr, only a newer version of it, which has more available features than the SVC3 camera has, even though they both use the same app. I am really hoping the new camera detects the sd card, as I was very impressed with the camera.

Update 6/2019 - unfortunately, the camera will not connect to my internet anymore. I don't know why, it just won't. I don't have time to waste on things that won't work easily.Overall, the camerea was easy to connect to WiFi. Took about 30 mins, and I'm not very technical. Once connected, I was able to view the camera from multiple WiFi's, such as when I'm not home. The quality is pretty good; see screen shots of afternoon and night. I have not yet installed the SD card for recordings, but will try that next. It sends alerts via the App if you want to receive them.The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't record video unless you have the SD card, and I wish it's field of view was a little wider.Overall, I'm very happy with this camera, especially given the low price.

Fast shipping; was as described by seller. Just like my Vimtag outdoor B1's this camera works very well for the money. Indoors, they're great under any conditions; outdoors night vision is limited; I augment these cameras by having dual-brite lighting in the areas they are mounted and whalla ! Night images are clear as day. You could also just use IR floods and get similar (x-ray looking) results, but I like these cameras and would purchase again. internet performance is good too and their response is quick from anywhere I ping them. I've purchased at least 4 over the past year and they're all still working great.

cheap and easy to assemble. There are only 3 parts for this camera, which is great for tech dummies such as myself. Installation took a little longer than expected, and do need to follow the instruction guide that came along (yes, reading the instruction guide is where i took a while). The resolution is clear enough for my intention as an indoor camera. I have yet tried the night vision.

I own four of these cameras, which I bought over time, just to make sure they were what I needed before purchasing the next one. The first was OK but night vision was quite poor, fortunately they kept improving and the last one gives me full color quality image, even at night (see my picture of all four cameras images). The key is to know, if possible on advance, the firmware version in your camera. You can tell the difference in the image I've attached, two are B&W at night (oldest firmware) and the last one is in color and quite bright. Try and get version v13.1.1.6.3-20180305I wish I could get this version to update the firmware in my old cameras....I also attached details of the firmware in each camera

Good product considering the price range. The picture quality is pretty good - not super fantastic - but then it's not a $150+ camera either.I'm not sure why some of the other reviewers had so much difficulty setting these cameras up. I found the setup simple and easy. I don't know what to say - I used the CamHi app, followed the instructions & they worked.It appears to be reasonably well-built - again, considering the price. The housing is metal, not plastic.I'm using four of these cameras with Blue Iris software. It's a good combination. I tried them out with iSpy software & that worked well also.I'm not using the SD card feature so I can't speak about that.The browser-based setup page defaults to Chinese & is a little "cheesy" but it's easy to change it to English and it does what it needs to do.I'd buy this again - in fact, I might.

I needed an IP based weatherman and this one fits the bill. It's standalone, connects via Wi-Fi but plugs into any electric outlet. Even has a micro SD card slot as backup for what it sees. Would make a nice extra for security too, back of the garage, storage shed, or just the bird feeder. Watch it online from your phone, captures movement to the storage card. Ada just in case or just for fun. Good price too.
