I'm confident this is authentic Berberine. It is extremely bitter. I pop two into my mouth and have to wash them down right away. This is a characteristic of authentic Berberine as far as I am aware., I take them first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Reputed to help you maintain ketosis.

I tried this product because I started a weight loss journey on August 1st, 2023. I’ll take all the help I can get. First, I have been using Neurogan CBD products since 2018. I even use their CBD pet products for my bulldog. So, when I was asked to try this product, I didn’t have to second guess on quality. I have been taking this product for 14 days and have noticed a decrease in my appetite as well as decreased frequency of hunger pangs between meals. In the past two weeks, I have had major surgery so I can’t speak for weight loss as I am still pretty swollen. I have high hopes due to the suppressed appetite. This brand is the best! I have ordered other berberine products but this one works best for me. It really helps curb my appetite, it has helped with my cravings and as a result I have been able to do intermittent fasting and lose some weight. I take according to instructions. I'm taking this twice a day and have not lost any weight. Seems to be constipating as well. Will have to wait to see if it improves labs. Probably wouldn't buy it again unless it improves blood sugar and lipids.

I had high hopes for these but didn't notice any benefits. They are easy to swallow though and have no bad aftertaste
