Q: How do you open container

As crazy as it sounds, I had to use my opposite hand to open it. Tried and tried with my right hand...NOTHING. Switched to my left hand, and opened it on the first try.

Thank you for your question. The number of loads per container is going to depend on how you choose to use the product, but several of the directions on the back label show how to use one scoop. The amount of 1 scoop = 134.7g The container amount in (g) is 1130g In this container, using 1 scoop, you would get 8.39 loads.

Q: How many scoops are in each 2.5 lb container

2.5 lbs = 1133.98 gms. Per directions: fill scoop to top twice (269.4g). NOTE IMPORTANT: It is somewhat unclear if 269.4g is referring to one or two scoops. So therefore 1133.98 gms. / 269.4 gms = 4.209 scoops if one scoop; half of that (2.104 scoops) if two scoops. I redid the math because this clearly does not look right - essentially this product only contains four or two scoops, depending upon what 269.4 grams refers to in the directions ?? Could someone please clarify this as I want to purchase this but not if the package only has enough product for 2 - 4 uses
