Poor quality.Doesn’t look like picture.No gold just a dirty mustard colour.Comes folded up so lines across it.Very disappointedYou have to pay for delivery and return yet return address doesn’t look legitimate!!!

Lovely rug such a shame my 190x200 cm rug came folded up to the size of a small kids shoe box . After 3 weeks several damp cloth and hot ironing sessions it’s only now lying flat when weights down by the local library’s worth of books . If I didn’t like it so much in sure I wouldn’t have wasted so much time and effort in fixing a packing faux pas . It begs the question should this be in the listing to make buyers aware ..

Extremely disappointed delivered folded into a square box. We rolled it to hopefully get creases out. Still folds in it very thin some of the pattern looks like white stains rather than marble. returns wld be China hence we kept but will be replacing as folds just look awful.

The rug is very thin ,It’s been down for four days now and the wrinkles and folds are still there and don’t seem to be showing any improvement, very disappointed with this purchase
