I have two drawers that my excess comforters, blankets and pillows are supposed to go in to. They don't all fit, so I have to find other places to store these bulky items.With the vacuum bags, I would say they reduced the size of these items by 50%, and in the case of the pillows, 75%. I was able to fit all but one vacuum bag in the two drawers. For perspective (and I should have taken a picture, but I was too excited to squish everything down and get them into the drawers) I have 2' x 3 1/2' x 1 1/2' drawers. All full. Plus, I had a stack of items on the couch that towered over the back of the couch by about 6 to 8 inches. What these items were: 2 California king oversized quilts, 3 California king waffle blankets, 3 California king fuzzy blankets, 21 set of California king sheets (all folded), 2 small pillows and one king sized memory foam pillow. One set of sheets I had run out of the smaller bags for, but there's, now, enough room not to squish them down.Before I started, the drawers were full, I had the stack on the couch, still, to put somewhere, and a blanket on the floor in the bedroom. Now, the drawers are full, and I have one bag with one wafdle blanket and one fuzzy blanket in it that just won't fit in the drawers. So, I fit about double what I had in the drawers.Of note is that the bags are heavier when you are able to squish them down to a smaller size. So, if your boxing things away, be sure to double check the heft of the boxes. Using the smaller sized bags helps more with that. If you use the larger ones, and leave a space in the middle, you can fold the vacuumed bag over, so that it isn't one giant bag.The other thing is that you don't want to do a whole bunch at a time. You need to give the little vacuum thingy a rest. It can do a couple of big bags in a row, but it starts warming up, so maybe do 4 bags and then give it a breather.One other thing that I did like about these bags was the fact that they came with little zip sealers. It takes a bit to get them on, but it saves your fingers and time when you're trying to get the bag sealed in order to vacuum.

They fit a good amount of cloths. I packed for a trip and was able to fit clothes, towels and blanket into the largest bags, they etched weight about 10lbs. Vacuum works very well. I was surprised! The small blue clips really help seal the bag faster! I definitely recommend these bags for home and travel use!

Purchased to condense bedding and clothing for a move to college. Worked well! Even left clothes on hangers in the larger bags and worked great!

Love this product. I used to be a checked bag girl, but this allowed both me and my husband pack for a 4 day trip to Cancun in our travel backpacks (because of a Spirit Airlines flight)!! If you know me, you will find that unbelievable because I am not a low maintenance person. We put the pump in our backpacks for the trip.

Used these for clothes, towels, sheets, mattress pad and topper, and pillows. It saved so much space!

I’ve struggled with vacuum sealer bags since I have a Dyson handheld and it didn’t quite fit the holes of the sealer bags. I’m so happy I found this combo that has the vacuum. It sucks out all the air quickly, and the bags are high quality. I would recommend it!
