## Questions & Answers

**Q: What filters does this use and how does cleaning work?**
A: A charcoal water filter and a permanent nylon filter come in the box with no paper filters to buy, and the removable reservoir and stainless carafe rinse clean at the sink.

**Q: Why choose this over a single-serve machine?**
A: A 5-cup pot pours two large mugs in one brew with your own grounds, meaning no pods to clutter your kitchen, less cost per cup, and a carafe to carry to the table or your desk.

**Q: Who is this coffee maker best for?**
A: Solo drinkers, couples, dorms, RVs, offices, and any kitchen where counter space is limited.

**Q: Is 5 cups enough?**
A: For one or two drinkers, 25 oz. covers two large mugs or three standard cups without brewing a half pot that goes stale. Households pouring more than two mugs at once should size up to our 12-cup model.

**Q: How simple is this to operate?**
A: One on/off power switch starts the brew. The water reservoir lifts out for filling at the sink, and Brew Pause lets you sneak a cup mid-cycle.
