AMAZING. Very easy to install. Any 12c power supply will work. Amazon sells the item also that will take care of all your needs. I used this item for a chicken coop door. Anything is possible even for a doggy dog.

Bad build lots of slop in the end of the ram
It does have force but has lots of slop and the ram is just super cheapo. It does the job "just" but we tossed ours out
