The media could not be loaded. Installing was easy. We needed an electrical outlet installed in the old fire box. The built in heater is a nice feature.

I like the overall clean look and functions of this electric fireplace but the plastic crystals kind of fake-looking. It also came with 3 synthetic wood looking logs. I wish it had come with more logs or the option of more logs to add because it would have a better and realistic appearance to it.

Beautiful unit. Loved the look. However it was to small for mantle. I hate that it was to small for mantle. Loved that the customer service was was great. They actually reached out to me. And continued to stay in contact until the issue was resolved. But it really looked nice in the mantle. Definitely need more customer service support like this!

You can only secure it from the back side of fireplace to hold it in place. It should also have more than 3 small logs so it will fill the front and make it look like a wood burning.I'm not understanding the orange and black plastic crystals.
