Spring Chef Heavy Duty Metal Ice Cream Scoop with Comfortable Handle, Pink

Bought this to replace a lever-operated ice cream scoop that disappointingly broke mid-scoop. Enter the replacement: it just works and surprisingly well. The first time I used it, I honestly thought my ice cream had somehow melted. It glides through the ice cream with almost no effort and makes perfect rounds. The textured bump pattern inside the scoop makes releasing the serving easy, so there’s no need to perform the two-spoon “Macarena” to get the ice cream out. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into the design. The flat leading edge makes it easy to scrape along the bottom and sides of the container, and even the lid hook (which I initially thought was a gimmick) has turned out to be useful and gets used regularly. I’m a big fan of this scoop, it’s already carved its way through three tubs of ice cream, and it feels solidly built. Additionally, with no moving parts to break, I expect it’ll be around for many more tubs to come. I’m not sure if making ice cream easier to access is doing my waistline any favors, but I’m happy with the purchase. One parting note: Point away from you when washing (...just trust me...)

I’ve used quite a few ice cream scoopers over the years, and this one has quickly become my favorite. It creates smooth, even scoops with less effort and doesn’t struggle the way standard scoopers often do. I was surprised at how much of a difference the shape made. And the ice cream doesn’t get stuck in the bottom. The metal construction feels very durable and sturdy. It is a little on the heavier side, but in my opinion that just makes it feel well-made and built to last rather than flimsy. It has a solid, comfortable feel in your hand while scooping. Another big plus is that it’s dishwasher safe, making cleanup quick and easy after dessert. Overall, this is a high-quality ice cream scooper that’s both functional and attractive. If you’re tired of fighting with traditional scoop shapes, I definitely recommend giving this U-shaped design a try. Overall, my kids and I love this scooper and would recommend it to anyone. Especially if you have independent kids. It helps them struggle less scooping their own ice cream.

Excellent. Like so well I bought this second one. Works awesome on rock solid ice cream for milk shakes. Extremely strong and hardly any effort is needed it goes right through the frozen solid

This ice cream scoop makes it a breeze to serve ice cream, even if it’s still hard from the freezer. I like the weight of the scoop, the easy grip handle, and it’s a great buy for the price. It cleans easily in the dishwasher. I wish I would’ve bought this sooner!

My husband is an ice cream-aholic. He had asked me to buy him a new ice cream scoop recently and I had no idea there were so many different kinds available on the market. I went through so many reviews for different ones and settled on this one. It's really beautiful, has a perfect weight to it. This metal will surely not bend or break when my husband is scooping really frozen hard ice cream out of the container. The rubber material on the handle makes it easy to grip and use and the scoop part is so shiny and designed perfectly for scooping ice cream out of the container. I suspect this will be in use in our home for a very long time as it seems very durable. The handle's soft grip handle allows for you to have a good grip even if it gets a little wet (if you're running the scoop under hot water in between scoops). The biggest positive review came from my husband - he ran out to the store just to pick up some ice cream just to test out the scoop and he said it's the best one he's ever used (and he's used a lot in his lifetime lol). Very pleased with this ice cream scoop and highly recommend it. I'm already planning on purchasing a 2nd one to give to my daughter.

This is a nice, weighted scoop. Powers through the ice cream with minimal effort. The scoop part could be a little bigger. Overall a good scoop.
