Tilda's Studio: Over 50 Fresh Projects for You and Your Home

Love Tilda books and this one does not disappoint

After strong hints and shared links, my husband bought me this book (together with another Tilda book) for Christmas and I haven't put either of them down since. Although it is true that many of the projects consist of different clothing for the one stuffed angel doll featured within this book, there are still lots of other beautiful projects that would make lovely gifts and objects for around the home. There is detailed information about the required tools and materials and the instructional text and diagrams are reasonably easy to follow, although I anticipate that many of the projects would be more suited to an intermediate - accomplished sewer rather than a beginner as some seem a little fiddly. I am absolutely thrilled with this book and, if nothing else, find it a pleasure to browse through as the content is beautifully presented. I would certainly recommend it to anyone who likes a feminine, country cottage style and who is looking for inspiration in the needle and thread department.

Another lovely book from the Tilda studio. I'm a long time fan of Tone Finnanger, and all that she does. I never fail to be cheered by anything Tilda.I already have nearly all the books that have been released by Tilda and this is a lovely addition.The style is unmistakebly Tilda, with the gorgeous photography and pretty makes. There's definitely new things to discover in this book. I'm totally charmed by the fabric bird cages.As a feel good book to spark your own sewing creations, you can't go far wrong with Tilda. Last book now...I have all of Tones books now...apart from the little box set of figures...but yes..I will probably end up getting it anyway, even though the comments say I have all those in all the other books lol. I love her books and the little bird cages are adorable in this one and I shall be making 2 one for the bedroom in white....and one for the sewing room in red...Beautiful as usual....I must say to Tone though...make more English version books...please ...we love them ;)

Perfect condition. Lovely book with lots of Tilda home projects

This book was full of delightful projects. I loved the angels, but special favourites were the elephant and the giraffe. Beautifully presented book and easy to follow instructions.

i cannot wait to get going on these little gems. i had treated myself to other books and decided to add this to my collection and it has not dissapointed me in any way. i love tones work and it is so easy to follow. my young son has already put in his orders after i made him one of the other tilda characters
