Beautiful 12x16 Gazebo
We had a 10x12 canvas type gazebo for 16 years and got tired of replacing the canvas top every three years or so we bought this Gressum metal 12x16 gazebo in July during the 4th of July special price and free shipping sale. It was shipped by UPS in 3 boxes and the driver helped take it to the back yard. My wife and I are in our 70’s and we assembled it with no problems.. The instructions just showed drawing assembly sketches and no written instructions. But being a retired sheetmetal worker it was no problem to figure out.. it took us about 10-12 hours..

Missing parts and screws and also uneven parts
Pieces were missing and too may of W5 but not enough W6 we had to cut down 4 parts to fit and missing screws. It was really too much work for what we paid for it ours was not on sale.

Happy buyer
Super happy with this gazebo. Took 2 of us 7 hours total to assemble. Very sturdy.Only problem was 1 corner cap was broke. Manufacture very slow to respond to emails. I used some epoxy to fix it until the new one arrives.

needs better assembly instructions
the assembly instruction book stated to read the manual carefully before installation, but there weren't any words in the insturction book only pictures, which was okay for some things but there was some of the pictures that weren't very clear as to what you needed to do, there were a few times where we had to change some things around because we didn't get them installed properly because it wasn't real clear in the pictures. My husband & I managed to get it put together, just the 2 of us, but I would highly recommend that you have 5-6 people for a 12x20 gazebo. It took the 2 of us 2 full days & 3 half days to get it assembled

What a waste of money!
I waited to test this out before I reviewed.Parts came dented and damaged- corrected on my own and set it up. Instructions are a joke and it’s truly trial & error when setting this up. Expect to run to the store to pick up nuts and bolts. The true review is here. We had our first big winter storm overnight and my entire roof collapsed in. Waisted 2k on a tent I got to enjoy for a few months. If you live in an area that gets snow, unless you want to take down and put up every summer (with these instructions and needing a team to get it up in a decent time, I don’t see anyone wanting to do that) I don’t recommend this at all. 10*20Also the j hooks are covered by netting so you can’t use them for fans or lights. The inside is nice and once set up looks good (except for some imperfections from shipping)Was hoping to use this as a 3 season tent, but it’s strictly for summer use. When it rains it comes through the bolt holes and no way to seal that since this will need to be torn down once the season ends.

This product is as advertised, no buyers remorse here
It took about 32 manhours to assemble, and we're really happy with the results! A little more than what the instructions say. You'll need 3 people during the assembly/erection of the frame, but it's an easy 2 person job after that (although it takes a while). The anchors/bolts provided in the kit are a little lite for my taste, but I'm an engineer. I spent my own money to get sturdier anchors and bolts for anchoring in our concrete patio. A battery powered hand held drill is a good tool choice over screw drivers (careful to not over torque). Follow the instructions! We've had ours up and in use for a month and we are really enjoying it!

Not as described
This was hard to put together because of lack of instructions and the pieces did not exactly fit

Questionable!
Hmmm where do I start. The frame will be a challenge to those who are not familiar with the instruction book, without any instructions, just picture! And part of the instruction was wrong or labeled incorrectly. And not to mention some of the roof panels weren’t punched right either as I have that in the picture, opposite side also werent punch right either so these two spots were left without any bolt. The gutter system… sucks! It Doesn't have any where for the water to come down off! So it gushing all over the place. To those who are buying this gazebo, it is good but not great! Though I wouldnt want to buy it again cause the installing of this roof panels are a pain and because the bolts that were given and instructed by the instruction were shorter than needed! They should’ve just provided all longer length instead of the shorter ones! Bolt #7 was not needed! Needed all #8 cause it was impossible for #7 to go in where it was intended for! Lastly, you should not tighten the all roof panels until it is all in, have them a bit loose so its easily adjusted. The drawing instruction definitely needs some wording and update!!! I bought insurance for this just incase, but i wouldnt buy this unit again if it wasnt a hassle to disassemble and return….
