This fire guard looks really good in our fireplace. It blends in well, can hardly notice it, which is what we wanted. It's not flimsy and will be hard to knock over. I bought this guard to keep our dog safe, so we can use the fire,which I haven't used since the dog arrived. Would recommend, well pleased.

A lovely fireguard that looks great in situ and fits pretty well. The only downside is the weight. My kittens, which I bought it for, can quite easily knock it away from the fire. That said if you haven't got naughty kittens it's a lovely fireguard

A very sturdy fireguard. Safe for kittens as covers whole fire with no spaces. Only downfall is handle gets hot when on fireplace. Bit heavy but ok.does the job needed. But would recommend it.
