Complicated sub menus in buttons
How to make a simple thing like a camera complicated. Give it to a creative engineer who then adds butttons with sub menus and no reason for the layout. The designer may understand it but the average person who simply wanted a digital "brownie 127" does not stand a chance. Unless you are brought up in the digital, computer age this camera is not for you. Far to complicated just to take simple pictures.For those who have a gainy picture....remove the plastic film from the lens.

Picture quality is really disappointing
Was very disappointed with the picture quality of this camera. And as for it being 4K, the video quality is very poor too.

Poor quality photos
Instantly returned this. It should have been better quality than the camera on my phone but the picture quality was far more grainy.

The camera only function better out doors than indoors and it’s written 4K on it but the HD is really bad

Rubbish. Not worth the price at all!
Camera quality is so poor do not buy! Also does not come with memory card. Really wish I could return it not worth the price at all!
