Q: Can this be used for a shower, if so how?

Well, you couldn't use it as a soak for muscle aches like I do but you can make a homemade salt scrub to use for cleansing & exfoliating. As follows: 1 Mix together salt and a carrier oil until well combined. 2 Add in essential oils to desired scent, 5-20 drops and any optional add ins like flower petals rose, lavender, violets or herbs mint etc. Even used coffee grounds or spa clay like for face masks. 3 Store in a sealed jar in a cool place. 4 When using scoop out desired amount and spread onto clean damp skin. I recommend mixing small batches 1/2 to 1 cup of salt at a time & being aware of possible spoilage just in case. Body scrubs aren't entirely soap replacements and should only be used 1-3 times per week at most to not mess up ones natural biome of one's skin.
