I ordered this unit and what I received had issues connecting to Bluetooth and staying connected however, customer service for this product went above and beyond and sent out a replacement order and made the situation right. Faulty products happen but the way customer support worked with me to fix the problem was great. No complaints. I Would absolutely recommend.

The device was easy to setup and the screen is large and good resolution. The touchscreen sensitivity is not great. Specially while driving, it's a bit hard to get an input. Also the brightness doesn't change automatically and there is not function for it, so at night it's too bright and I have to manually turn it down and then during the day it's too dark and then again I have to manually turn it up. The AUX connection is super weak. I can barely hear my Bluetooth music through it. BUT the CarPlay functions work pretty well and the screen size and quality are great!! Also their VIP registration website for an extended 1 year warranty doesn't work.

As another reviewer mentioned this unit connects to your existing car stereo’s Bluetooth independently of your iPhone. It uses a second Bluetooth connection to setup wireless CarPlay. Others similar units require that the phone connect to the car stereo via Bluetooth or this device by aux input or FM. Thus, this device provides a much better experience. The result is a nice clean look with only a single cable going to the device.One star taken off because the touch is not super sensitive. Sometimes I have to tap and let my finger sit for the device to respond.

Best purchase for the money,very nice appearance ,the sound is very clear and very easy to use!!

After using it for only for the third time, the apple car play/ google navigation doesn’t work anymore.I was using it for road trip and it stopped working.
