I would give it at least a week. It could be a shipping issue, the company forgot to include the second box, or you’re a victim of porch pirates. You can usually track your packages as well. These companies are very responsive when there’s a problem with an order.

Yes, it’s 10 feet wide from the ground up to where the top begins to slant (6 feet off the ground). I have mine secured to the trees surrounding it with bungee cords and it has gone through gusty winds and storms of northeast Florida with no problems. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another one if necessary.
