Good quality. There are a few scratches on the board after several uses, but this is what I expected from boards made from this eco friendly material. Colours are cute and the variable sizes are quite handy for various prep needs.

Sturdy but flexible, have gone through the dishwasher hundreds of times and maintained original quality. Grips counter well. I purchased another set thats thicker and has grooves for juicier Chopping, but this set is stellar and super convenient

LOVE that these are NOT Plastic and NOT Wooden. These Wheat Grass cutting sheets are light weight, clean easily in the sink or dishwasher, do not carry flavors or smells, and will break down in a few years of composting. We are all concerned about micro-plastics and cross contamination. These are various sizes and eliminate concerns.

They seem flimsy but I've actually found it okay because you can sort of fold it and your vegetables can slide right into your pan or bowl. I would definately buy these again. I like that we aren't munching on plastic particles!

These are very functional and seem safer than the plastic ones we were using. They are durable and easy to clean.
