Wow! What a cheese, creamy, tangy, very moreish! Did not last long. Leave at room temperature for as long as possible before eating to allow the full flavour to develop.

The most delicious cheese I have ever had, sadly difficult to find in Herefordshire Worcestershire and Shropshire to buy over the counter! More frustrating I get NO response from possible sources for my order, pertheticly crap in this day and I age!
