I decided to get the 10A charger instead of the 40A because I wasn't sure if I would blow circuits either at home or in the camper trying to charge my battery. It works great. Very solid. My customer service experience was about a different product (clearing up my ignorance), but I wanted to give the company's customer service department a shout-out. I ended up buying all TimeUSB products for my TimeUSB battery - charger, socket, solar controller - after trying to make cheaper (and more expensive) products work. Save yourself some time and aggravation and just get the products made for your battery. So happy with my set-up now!

Got this to charge one of their 100ah batteries. Works fine, battery is 13.3-13.6 when the light on the charger turns green signifying that it is done charging.

Have used this charger for a couple months now. Works as it should.
