This product is well made and comfortable to wear. I haven't had it long enough to see if my posture improves, but it does relieve my mild lower back pain. Not sure how well it would do outdoors in the summer heat, as I wear it indoors in the evenings. Do NOT choose your size based on the waist-band chart on the landing page. Instead, click on the last of the multiple views of the product, and see the notes that go with each size. Based on my height, I bought size XL, which is also right for my actual waist size -- 33". Had I gone with just the waist chart on the landing page, I'd have bought size L or maybe size M, which would have been too small.

Easy to put on. Only complaint is that the girdle around the mid section can cause itchiness when worn for more than 4 hours every day

Product arrived on time and in new condition. I had one of these type belts in the past, but pretty much wore it out. After adjusting the belt to my ample waist, I put it on and immediately felt the effects of of additional support. I have been wearing it around the house and in the yard when I'm working outside mowing, weed eating etc. I feel much better at the end of the day when I wear it and have reduced the number of nsaids needed for pain relief. I highly recommend this belt for those who would like to reduce the stress put on their back when working or playing.

I have back issues, have for years, since my time in the military. Even simply standing over the kitchen sink washing dishes can be an issue.This helps tighten that core up, and it does make things easier for me if I'm even just standing longer. But for lifting it is a noticeable improvement.Don't need to use the shoulder straps, but they're there if you want.
