Short delivery of product.
Eastman has good quality products however, they misrepresent facts and do not deliver what is stated in the product description. I purchased a hammer and they sent me one hammer whereas in the product description it stated pac of two. So, I feel that's cheating the customer. I initiated a complaint, they said; please return the product and you shall get a refund. The company should have apologized and sent another hammer since it was supposed to be a pack of two.
