If you’re SMEG fans then no need to think - get this electric kettle if you’re in the need for one. The price is high but you get what you pay for. The noise is not as loud as other kettles. It is very fast to boil water. It doesn’t take much of counter space and the look is so adorable for any kitchen. I’m happy i got this kettle. It came super well packed!

Amazingly after a year and a half, not only did this kettle start to go belly up but my toaster did as well. I originally bought these Smeg appliances as a treat/upgrade because I liked the look but honestly did not look into anything more about them. So many people seem to have them so I assumed that they must do a good job – – well in my experience they have been terrible purchases. The kettle has never really boiled the water to a hot boiling temperature so the turn off point must be set lower than what you would get if you have a kettle on the stove so to say. I have switched back to a kettle on the stove and have used this just to put warm water over the dog food in the morning, but it’s not even getting that warm after 20 months of use. My Oster office kettle which I purchased 13 years ago is still going strong! As I am leaving my job, I guess I’ll just bring it home and use that instead as my electric kettle. Save your money!

Highly recommend, I trusted the brand, works well and find it quick to boil or heat your water, I liked the sleek switch that light up as well, and I also loved how it is very minimalist style and just sophisticated. It really pairs well with my kitchen black and white theme.

La marca es muy buena en diseño y cumple su función principal que es calentar agua, ya hay una versión que te calienta el agua a diferentes temperaturas, lo vi recién recibí el producto, pero en mi caso es suficiente, amantes del té muy puntuales se hubieran arrepentido.
