Does this come with a low profile facia plate? The photos look like a standard form factor facia plate? This is for a Dell 7010 Small Form Factor PC

I fitted the card in a Dell Tower PC and think it's a standard height profile - surely manufacturers web site will give exact size spec - once card was in place it was a dawdle to got going and resolved problem of on board facility slowing up net connection.

how does it work on windows 8.1 current onboard solution keeps disconnecting

Hi, I had a similar issue with my on board networking Ethernet port and this card completely solved the issue as well as providing an improvement in network connection speed at boot up and web browsing pages which loads a little faster as the chips on this card take the networking load off the main processor. I can confirm my PC is running Win 8.1 x64 and has an Intel i7 and quality Gigabyte motherboard, so I was surprised to see the speed improvements which I wasn't expecting. I'm sure you would have a similar positive experience if you procure this networking card.
