Great Machine
3 of us pitched in and bought this fryer for our family parties. We used it twice already and it works great. It does take a little longer to heat up as we live in the midwest and used it outside. You do have to use 2 different outlets if you are using it at home, so have a couple of extension cords handy. We fried French fries, Jalapeño Poppers, cheese sticks and chicken tenders. It was fun using it, cleaning was not difficult at all, just took a little time. Hope to have this last us a long time. Customer service was very attentive to our questions as well.

Fry 4 - 5 pounds of chicken at-a-time in 15 minutes, (After it is pre-heated.)
I have been using this for months. I can fry 4 - 5 pounds of chicken at-a-time. It takes a bit to get hot; but, it is still tolerable.The only thing I would like improved is the ability to clean. There are areas that must be cleaned that I cannot get to. Those areas should be completely sealed and closed off to keep grease from accumulating. It takes me about thirty minutes to clean after each use.For the money, this is a great product and I highly recommend it.

Broken after one use.
One of the fryer baskets stopped working after the first use. Only the second basket will turn on. There is no way to contact the company or get support for the product. After spending $400 on this thing, I expected to get more than one months use out of it!

It has two separate cords.

This is my third fryer like this and would like to know why they only last for four months. Is there an element that is weak? Can I order a part that controls the heat? Please advise.

Best customer service
Unfortunately one side of my fryer went out and I reached out to them and whoever Lily is guided me step by step and was able to be one of the best customer service representative that I’ve ever heard of!! I definitely recommends this company!! I own a restaurant and these fryers are the best!!! Give Lily a pay raise. lol. Frfr tho!!
