Love this bacon cooker . it saved my microwave from getting all greased up and it cooks the bacon perfectly and it drips all the bacon fat in the bottom and I can use it for other things later which is also a bonus. I would definitely recommend 10 out of 10.

The wife just loves this bacon cooker. Fits great in the Microwave. You can put 6 to 8 strips in it. Easy cleanup in the dishwasher.

This is easy to clean which is nice. But it does not cook the bacon well. No matter how long I cooked it, it did not get crispy and the fat popped causing the lid to go askew, resulting in a messy microwave.

So far so good! Lid stayed on well. Absolutely no mess. Regular center cut bacon turned out crispy and done in six minutes. Now I want one that does twelve strips at a time.

It cooks bacon but the lid is made from silicone, is flimsy and blows off when the bacon splatters. This makes a rather large mess in the microwave. Six pieces of bacon in 7 minutes and cooked perfect but the mess.

Quality, but can't make THICK CUT bacon. IF you get one with no manufactering flaws(my first one had a crack in the ceramic on the inside, it was "fired" that way. ) it is a well made product, that if not dropped should give a long time of service. MY PROBLEM, it is just too small to use THICK CUT bacon. You can squeeze the pieces on the bars, but you have to push hard to get then in, leaving your hands covered in bacon fat. It also makes your bacon super curly because of the shape you had to make to get it in. IF you use the thinner width store bacon, and only want to make 6 pieces of bacon at a time, this seems to be a great product, as everything is ceramic(easy to clean and sturdy unless dropped) It is deep enough to get your cooked bacon out of the fat at the bottom, and the flexible "lid" makes it so there is not splattering in the microwave.

Just received this and it is wonderful! The bacon cooked perfectly! I put it in for one minute per slice. Now I’ll be able to have my BLTs and my breakfast bacon in a jiffy! So much better and easier than using the oven. No grease splatter at all. I wish I had found this a long time ago. I think I’m going to actually get them as gifts for my children/grandchildren,/close friends.You can’t go wrong!

Initially tried with preferred thick-sliced bacon, and had a lot of difficulty getting it cooked.Switching to regular-sliced bacon solved that problem.The silicone lid did not warp, but popping and sputtering bacon sometimes moved the lid enough to expose the bacon. Using an inverted ceramic saucer solved that problem, as suggested by another reviewer (thank you!), and is my current practice.Overall, a great little product: no plastic and easy cleanup. Use potholders!
