I am too lazy to put up a picture but product arrived exactly as depicted in very adequate packaging for safety from breakage. This product unlike cheaper ceramic mug's material did not get excessively hot while heating the contents for 1:30 minutes-seconds on high. When external material overheats due to high metallic content other mugs I have purchased fractured in old teac cup fashion. This mug is solid an well formed. I love it shape for whipping in milk with zero external splatter. .

It's a great size, not too crazy big so your coffee gets cold before you finish it. Nice glaze

I bought these because I wanted an extra large mug and these were lovely and reasonably priced. However, sadly, the handles are not thick enough to handle the weight of a full mug. Found out the hard way. I stood up with my mug to go into the kitchen and the mug detached from the handle and coffee went everywhere! ugh. I am going to have to repaint my ceiling bc I couldn't get some of it out. Not joking. I had the mug less than a month when this happened. Sad bc I really liked these mugs.

It looks absolutely nothing like the picture shown in Amazon. Received two. One has the white lines, the other is just an ugly pale gray plain mug. I would be embarrassed to take these to work. They look like something I picked out of the trash from a ceramic shop. Even the shape is different. What a disappointment!
