I’ve taken a while to review as I wanted to make sure it was an accurate review. I am very happy with these scales. Very easy to use maybe slightly slow but once you’re used to them it’s not a problem at all. The different functions are really good. They look stylish in the kitchen. Very happy with the quality too. I’m also happy with the batteries they use AA, as I normally have spare at home instead of trying to find one that fits. I’m now considering buying the larger scales.

Really good and clear. Simple to use and big enough to place good size bowl on and still read weigh. Good to add separate items as can zero time and again. Appears accurate but what do I know. Bread and cakes etc come out well so must be I guess. Doesn't tip, nice and strong. Love it.

Very good scales that I would recommend

Easy to use, I like the fact that you can see the reading clearly as the space for the bowl is quite large. Dropped a star as it sometimes comes up with error message when nothing is wrong.

I was looking to replace an old set of mechanical kitchen scales with some electronic scales so I started researching the options. For a long time all I could find on Amazon's site were the same old types of electronic kitchen scales which all seemed to suffer from the same shortcomings, in particular: a small weighing plate typically surrounded by a plastic rim that stops you using anything other a small jug or a cup to hold what you want to measure, powered by short-lived and expensive button cells, often the LCD display is small with no or a poor backlight. Then I came across this little gem from Salter that addresses all of the above issues. The top plate of the scales is made of glass and the entire surface can be used for weighing - so you can place a fairly large plate/pot on the top of the scales, press the zero button, place what you want to weigh on/in the plate/pot and read the weight on the large backlit display. Being glass the surface is very easy to clean. Finally, the scales are powered by standard, easy to obtain and long lasting AAA batteries rather than button cells. Highly recommended!

This works perfectly and is super easy to use. Accurate!! This is our second set as the glass broke on the front when dropped. This isn’t the fault of the product though but something to consider if you are going to be using with children!

The scale is fairly accurate, as you can see from the videos, it shows the same weight every time. I don’t have a second scale so I can’t compare. I also like that it has a decent surface size, you can weigh a couple things at the same time or a larger container and still see the measurement clearly. No negative comments, if it lasts long I will be a very happy customer 😁

Die Waage macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck und ist leicht zu reinigen. Das Gewicht zeigt sie präzise an, ohne lange zwischen Grammanzeigen hin und her zu springen. Die Knöpfe lassen sich gut bedienen. Bin sehr zufrieden.

C’est une excellente balance ! Certes un peu cher mais très précise et disposant d’un grand écran ainsi que d’un grand plateau. De plus, elle est très facile à nettoyer et les piles sont facilement accessibles ! Je recommande.

Don't buy this Salter thing. It is utterly unreliable, giving you totally wrong weigth measurements.

Dopo che mi si è rotta una fantastica Black&Decker, dopo anni di onorato servizio, ne ho dovute provare più d'una di queste bilance da cucina. Le altre avevano ognuna un problema o un difetto: pulsanti reali e non a sfioramento (e quindi a forte rischio che del liquido potesse rovinarle), oppure pochissima reattività nella pesata che mi avevano fatto sbagliare molte pesate (ero abituato alla mia, assolutamente istantanea); oppure non avevano il display leggibile e retroilluminato; oppure ancora rimanevano accese troppo a lungo, consumando inutilmente la batteria. Questa ha tutto. La sua reattività è quasi istantanea (ma la vecchia B&D era ancora più veloce), display grande e retroilluminato, bella, superficie in vetro. Sono contento.

Jamais déçu avec cette marque. La balance est très précise, la grande surface est pratique et elle se néottie très facilement (plaque en verre). TOP
