Q: I got this box but not sure if you keep the box open or closed when not in use. If i close it does it damage the plastic with the sanitizer ?

State board requires it to be closed after adding or removing items, the tray can easily be removed so you don’t damage your guards.

Q: What is the largest comb that can fit in the disinfecting tray. For example ill it fit a standard andis flat top comb

Large clipper combs don’t fit perfectly in there if you are cleaning your guards at the same time. A little bit of a bummer. I just have the handle sticking up since the combing part is more important to sanitize

Q: Can this hold oster 76 blades?

Yes, any brand of blades, combs etc can be used in this device
