Mount well and needed to pass code requirements
Needed these for plastic water drain lines going from an attached garage to a house. Code requirements call for these on any plastic lines for fire restriction. Not needed for steel or copper lines. Mounted well and depending on your construction, metal screws or possibly toggle bolts are required. They passed inspection and hope to never find out if they work.
