These hanging flower pots seem like they will be sturdy enough to last a couple of seasons. However they are smaller than I expected ….they only measure 7 5/8” and are on 5” in height if you count the part where you connect the hanging chain. I’m keeping them because I do like having chains for hanging vs. the plastic hangers that always break after a couple monthsThey also have removable plugs so they can easily be brought inside at the end of the warm weather.Overall they are a good value for the $Giving 4 stars because of the size

A lot of the previous reviewers stated they were small, what did they expect from an 8” pot. Can’t beat the value for the size. These are perfect if you want an 8” pot that is over 6” deep. Everything that comes with it fits and it hangs evenly. But remember it is an 8” pot so be sure to look at 8” on your tape measure to see what an 8” pot looks like and you won’t be disappointed like others. Have a great day

$25 for 9 hanging planters is quite the deal - even if the planters are small and plastic.The planters seem to be made well enough - some of the holes in the molded plastic could have been cleaned up better, but that does not affect functionality. The hanging hardware fits the holes in the pots, the plug fits the hole in the bottom and does stop water from escaping (so far), and the black plastic tray fits in the pot to give the dirt a little boost above the waterline. All parts were included in the box for all 9 planters, with none broken.These are smaller planters, so personally I would not recommend them for fast growing plants or even hanging outside if they will get a lot of sun because I feel that they will dry out far too quickly.For a quick fix for not a lot of money to hang some nice smaller vining plants inside the house? Perfect.

These pots are a bit smaller than I expected, but they're cute and they work well. I was hoping to plant some taller flowers in them, but the pots are really suited for anything that gets taller than about 4-6 inches. Vining plants or small flowers would work best.
