This is the best rail I’ve ever seen. So easy to install and the stability is awesome. As a bonus all the tools you need come with it except for the hammer drill. Nice tools too, not the cheap stuff.

Loved, loved, loved this product and others. Kit is complete and sturdy and beautiful. I needed the products I ordered from this company due to health and the love of my my gardens that I do solely. My problem is the crazy prices to have a prefabed KIT just installed. It's easy. I could have done it easily ten years ago but at this time with blindness and health I cannot. So I had to send it all back. It's easy folks. It's just the price nowadays to have someone put screws in holes and tighten. Thank you.

All in all pretty easy install. Standard masonry bit didn’t work worth a damn. Ended up getting my 5/16 sds bit and hammer drill out. Looks good. Fairly sturdy.

Pleased with.the parts, sturdy and excellent instructions.

This was easy to put together. The pencil didn’t work for us as a measurement tool. Our concrete was terrible to drill into. In the end it is nice and sturdy and will work for what we need it to.

We have black metal railings & during the summer they would burn our hands. These are great. They get warm but they stopped our hands from burning. The velcro works well too!!

Great product

I had a horrible freak accident when I was 21 and the doctors said they didn’t know how they got my left leg back together but that while I would always limp, in later years I would have balance problems. So after taking a few falls, I finally accepted that I needed to have railings on the outside steps and we purchased these. They are absolutely fantastic! Make sure you look at all the dimensions as they are a bit higher but exactly what I needed. Easy to install, extremely sturdy product and very nice looking. Highly recommend. I can now leave our home and get back in our home on my own.

Nothing I didn't like...everything there to set up.Solid good quality.Used as a safety rail for my elderly Mom to get up steps into the house.She comments everytime how she likes it as she was always reaching out to a post for stability.Feels much more confident in her mobility.

Installed this railing in my in-laws front porch to help mobility. I am so impressed with this product. The instructions were so easy to understand, it came with absolutely everything needed for a clean installation. The lag bolts for a cement installation were top notch quality. I highly recommend this product. I'll post pictures tomorrow.

The product was packed so well, so as not to get scratched in shipping. Each rail came with it's own tools and screws...both for wood and/or cement installation. Very well priced for what you get. Instructions were very easy to follow in the booklet and there was a QR code if you wanted to see the install video. Price was very good as well. Not so for the joiners for each section. I would have liked them but the extra cost was not worth it, in my opinion.
