A brilliant perspective
Instantly Stop Procrastination is a wonderful read. It answers or guides you to the answers of why you put things off. The book helps you discover the real problem. What really blew my mind was the whole concept of procrastinating and the connection to arbitrary tasks that you just don’t want to do.it begs the question, Am I lazy, or does this really have to be done. If there is a problem with you, the book helps you find solutions. I highly recommend this book because it’s very thought provoking, and better yet, helps you find the problem if there is one

It might help procrastinators
My husband (the recipient of this book) put it away for later! If he ever reads it, it may work.

waste of time and money, reads like it was written by a bot.
This is disorganized, often off topic, doesn't help you stop procrastinating or even understand it. Probably written by an AI program, it rambles around and around the topic with no clear structure or end point.

A great book that helps deal with procrastination
Procrastination isnt a problem for students at college or university, if not properly dealt with, one can carry it on all the way into their work life. It is where one put off tasks until the last possible which can be very unhealthy and unproductive especially if you are working for a fastpaced company. This incredible book suggests wonderful ways which you can complete tasks effectively by teaching you how to focus, prioritise important tasks and avoid distractions.

Too simplistic in my view.

Very poorly written with missing chunks of text
My will to live was already waning after just a few pages. However, at about 10% into the book I started seeking out someone to shoot me. Grammatical errors, poor layout and missing pieces of text suggest to me that the author needs to re-visit the English language and perhaps enrol on a writing course.
