Have used for a week now, water boils fast, whistling sound is loud enough, works on the induction cooker as well. Looks lovely. Have to be careful not to scratch the surface while cleaning, otherwise the looks will be spoiled. Overall very satisfactory.

Purchased this kettle to one day replace my other Circulon kettle, now 20 years +. Feels slightly lighter than previous kettle, perhaps a diff quality metal, whistles well & so far so good

I had a black enamel teapot for over a decade that finally gave up the ghost a year ago. Since then, I have been on the hunt unsuccessfully for a high-quality replacement and am delighted that I finally found it. This Circulon teakettle looks gorgeous and high-end, and thankfully also works very well. The handle stays cool, the whistle is pleasant and not ear-splitting, and it has a nice weight and feel to it. A teakettle only has one pretty simple job, but if you drink a lot of tea like I do, you know how important it is to have it do that job well -- and it's a little surprising how many bad teakettles there are. I'm delighted that I finally picked a winner with this one.
