Yes, the sauna material is all over the inside of the pants.

Q: I received my sauna shorts the other day and they smell terrible! It’s like a bad fishy smell as soon as i opened the pkg ! Has anyones smell bad?

All of my sauna gear had that smell when I first opened them. I could be wrong, but I believe it’s from the chemicals used to make the sauna and the fact that it was packed in plastic. It went away after I washed them. I haven’t had any problems from wearing them.

No they stay in place really well
