This item is not replaced or refundable. I bought to use as sterlizer for baby. Device stoped working after 8 days of use. The power is spreading all over the steel container and it is not safe . Pls never buy this item

Purchase without thinking mediguard brand
I have purchased it and the service is too much good like faster delivery and also the packaging is too much safe and proper and they also provide the customer care number on their card if anything happened we can call and they resolved that . Overall good no electric shock with this sterilizer.
