**Q: Can you buy extra gel packs?**
A: I don't know , but I would think tat you would just buy another heel pack since the gel packs must be most f the cost.

**Q: Is the ice on the bottom of the heel**
A: The ice covers the bottom of the heel and the ankle.

**Q: Does it cool where the foot and the leg meet and the foot bends?**
A: It seems to cool everywhere!  Very good solid product.

**Q: What size is this**
A: It's a "fits lots of people" size.  I wear a size 8 or 8-1/2 shoe, pretty average and it would work fine on a smaller or larger foot.  If this is a really large foot or a child's foot, it might not work so well.
