Finicky
Looks great, apparently high quality and has a lifetime warranty. One big problem though is whenever it starts turning it looks like it gets confused as to which direction it wants to go and takes about 6 seconds to finally start turning. Called in to ask about this and the Emerson immediately referred me to their only repair shop which is independently owned and that guy said this weird behavior is "totally normal and a byproduct of it's DC motor" and that was that, had to take his word for it. lol
