Fake Owl Plastic Garden Owl with Moving Head and Sound

This guy does the job very nicely and yet he blends in as well

This owl came with no instructions for attaching it to anything. Piece of plastic 2 screws and no way to attach it to anything. Don’t bother to buy. The head does not rotate like it suppose to, the sensors in it do not work.

I purchased this to keep the pigeons away from my carport, and so far, it's working ok. The head does NOT turn easily in the wind, I suspect the birds have figured that out.

I thought maybe I had put old batteries in but after changing them I still had a sound problem. It will create sound if I pick it up. The head does not move on its own and the description gives you the impression that it would. There is a plastic fin type of thing you attach to the back of the head and you have to hope there is enough wind that will push the fin for the head to move. The owl itself is ok however I could have saved some money and bought one without sound, That is what I got from this seller.

We have a covered patio. Last year bats started to roost there. They do eat insects & are good for the environment, but they also left piles of bat guano on the patio which is a health issue. Got this little owl & the bats found another home. Owls are bats natural predator. This owl has a motion detector & when set off, it makes a variety of owl sounds which sent the bats packing ! Highly recommend this product !

I read other reviews and can’t agree with those that had problem with the sound as mine is quite “vocal”. Has certainly done its function protecting our garden!
