Useless
I bought this for reading and watching TV from bed after seeing the photo of smiling lady shown in product portfolio. Unfortunately I started crying due to neck & shoulder pain within few minutes. The makers of this product must use themselves before selling this uncomfortable wedge pillow to public. Not even suitable for sleeping, in one night you will simply throw it away. This is a MEDICAL product for persons suffering from particular medical conditions and it is not for general public use.
