I love the shape and size of this outdoor light. It has a nice matt dark grey finish on the metal body and seems fairly sturdily made.The wall mounting part is plastic but it does feel fairly solid, and there seems to be decent water proofing rubber gaskets to keep the electrical connections dry.Max bulb size is 40w, but with an LED installed (no bulb was included) it gives off a nice diffused amount of light.Overall I'm very happy with it.

We have needed an porch light for some time and thing looked like it would match our aesthetic nicely. The styling on this is quite modern.The lamp itself comes tightly packed in a box with its mounting screws and a small manual (Which can be seen in the pictures).The lamp itself is mostly made of metal, the light diffuser and mounting bracket are made of plastic. The metal finish is soft however there is a large amount of banding to the finish which can be seen if you look closer than a couple of feet away. The finish is NOT black, it is a dark grey.The mounting of the unit is a fairly simple on, it uses two screw holes to secure the plastic wall mount. You then wire the light up and attach to the wall mount. The wall mount being made of plastic does have a little slop to it, however nothing to where I was worried it would fall off the wall.The diffuser is a nice addition, allowing you to make what would be a bright spotlight into the nicely faded source. The diffuser itself however isn't very well fitting. It twists on, however the mounting of the tabs are thin and you have to be precise to get it in place. This way well fall out if banged or bumped.I got the cone shaped one and for £20 I think this is great value even including the couple of detractors I found.

it's a neat, light it works well and lights up a good area.the build is tidy, lightweight ,and hopefully will last a long time.the dome is odd initially but easy to unscrew and now looks 'right' for the light.suitable either as a ultra modern light, or as a vintage type light. it looks sleek in the modern setting, but would be accepted within a older property also.very easy to fit with 2x screws holding on the baseplate, and the wiring is simple.

Super wall light for a great price.Its wall mounted and easy to asembly it.lovely desing and super brightness.Suitable for porch or garden use.Its also waterproof.Im happy to have such a modern light.So surely can recommend it to all.

Photo with standard butter dish for size reference...Not particularly well packaged, mine isn't damaged but I suspect some will arrive with deformation damage since the wide bell of the lamp is wedged into the cardboard box without any padding.Assuming you get one undamaged, you'll really like this. It's larger than the images give it credit for, but that's not a bad thing provided you have the space for it.The light from it is nice and warm, it's just a shame there is no way to dim it down a bit as for me it's a bit bright.It's made from metal, most likely steel given it's weight, and it's powder coated matt black, so perfect for what I wanted it for.There are no openings at the top when installed and there is a nice rubber grommet through the back to pass the power cable through so will hopefully remain water resistant and thus give the light a long life.Would recommend this, but keep an eye out for damage on arrival.

A very impressive horn shaped external wall light, the light has a mat black finish with a drop light which has a covered glass finish, all very effective.Easy to install, you wire it to a standard connection, live, natural and earth, this is mains not solarTakes an E27 bulb, that’s screw in type, the larger size, it doesn’t comes with a bulb.Build seems very good, solid wall base and the build seems substantial.This is a lovely looker, If you want the vintage with that modern look then this is ideal, lovely finish, fitted with a good bulb, it gives plenty of light coverage.

Overall, this is a nice external lamp and the shape of it works well with an older style of property rather than something that has ultra-modern styling.I was slightly disappointed that the pack didn't include the E27 screw-in bulb that this lamp requires, as I do like to buy items that have everything you need in the box. That said, I have a stock of E27 bulbs in any case, so not really an issue for me in this instance.Given the overall quality of the lamp and the traditional styling, I was a touch surprised to find that the diffuser is plastic. Whilst this may be practical, it does seem a little at odds with the overall impression of the lamp.
