Gave our 130 pound dog his mobility back!
If you are thinking about buying this product, just do it! Our dog with degenerative myelopathy who can't even support his own weight has gained his full mobility back with this product. He loves going for walks and being able to go to the park. I think some of the negative reviews stem from the product being a bit difficult to put together. You just have to have someone a little bit handy who knows what to do with all the screws and such. When it is well adjusted it works perfectly, even for our big dog. He is 130 pounds and we went with the large. It doesn't go by weight, it goes by height. So buy the one that is the correct height and it will work for you!

Amazing for med-large dogs
Amazing wheelchair for my 12 yr old boxer. He’s 75 lbs and has been having trouble walking. The wheelchair needed some adjustments to his height but it’s been serving him super well!

Wonderful product! Great material used
Although I had to return the product due to size issues but the material sent was of great value of the price paid. I will surely go for the purchase if it's available in the size I need.

Unusable until adjustment instructions are provided
I saw warnings in reviews that the instructions were bad, and I guess they were right. The chair seems sturdy, and the instructions seem to try to be clear. Pictures and labeling of parts are ok. But they miss one key step. As delivered, the crossbars in the back slide freely up and down. I can see how tighten the up, but there are NO instructions actually telling me what position they should be on. I suppose I can try to guess, or make my dog suffer through trial an error, but why should I?But then I see the very clear paper in the box that says, "Call us, 7 days a week, before you return" (paraphrasing, but the 7 days a week part is true). "7 days a week?", I say. Great, I can actually complete this on the weekend, when I have time. But I call on Saturday, get an answering machine, and receive no call back Saturday or Sunday. Monday morning I call back, and finally somebody does answer. The very nice polite lady can't help me, but recommends I look at a training video they posted on their site and Youtube. I try that. The nice guy in the video indeed demonstrated every step in the manual. But once again he completely skips the part about adjusting the bars up and down. In his case, they seem to be already set, and he does nothing with them (or even mentions that they need adjustment). Mind you, the kit is delivered with a small allen wrench that ONLY fits for tightening that part. So they clearly know something needs to be tightened. And yet, they provide no instructions. So I call the support number again (twice), and now it's going to message again.Oh, I also love the part in the manual where they give you a stern warning to make sure you use the Sports Harness the first time. Very clearly called out. Good job instructions ... except that every picture after that shows the installation of the Comfort Harness. That one actually cracked me up.The instructions aren't cheaply made. Seems like good paper, and an attempt is made. But how can they miss such obvious mistakes, see bad reviews, get calls, and do nothing to fix it.If I eventually get support, and someway somehow get the chair adjusted, I'll try to edit the review on the functionality of the chair. Till then, I'll keep close tabs on my Amazon return day deadline.
