Great customer service!
Didnt last long.. I loved them when they got here. They went on super easy and loved the zipper aspect. They looked good too. The wind caught my door and the stitching popped and threw my door into the side. I already had a dent so it wasn't a huge deal but now here we are with a broken strap again. They need better stitching and they'd be great.Update: I didnt notice that these had a 12 month warranty. The first set i ordered had broken so I ordered another set. I contacted the company and asked for either a refund or a second set to be sent to me and they responded almost immediately asking for pictures of the damaged product. After I provided those they processed a refund for the first set that I bought since it was within the warranty period. I will continue to purchase from them and highly recommend these door straps. My did break but I am very hard on them as I let the door swing open hard and it only took one good gust of wind to slam my door wise open and SNAP...any other companies straps would have done the same thing so I dont blame them.

I like them - had a small issue, but not with these
The lock button didn't work after installing these, after assuming I accidently sliced into a wire cutting the old ones off eventually I just did some wd-40 on the connector and it worked. The zipper was a little hard to work at first, and the second and third time during the fix it was much harder to work but overall I think these are very high quality, just take your time cutting the old ones off - slow and the outside blade only should work (I never even had a nick). Once they are on they should never have to come off again so just make sure everythings working before you finish and don't forget Jeep connectors are notorious for bad connections so a little WD might do the trick. The zipper should have worked just as easy the second and third time but I can't take off a star as these are very good straps which should last as long as the oem ones did which, honestly, seem defective at best. Take your time with the zipper and don'y force it.

good quality, easy Zipper installation
I can't tell you how long it will last (just installed) but it is double stitched and seems tough enough. Getting the old door check strap removed is like performing surgery. Don't do what the picture shows on the instructions or you will cut a wire. Instead, when using scissors, don't make any cut more than 1/4" deep at a time. I started by watching some online how to videos. You will need to remove some of the door panel (don't remove the entire door panel). First cut the electric tape (black tape) CAREFULLY with a utility knife ONLY on top of the old webbing and not through the webbing. Do not cut the old tape that is keeping the wires bunched together outside the webbing. Use scissors to remove small portions of the old webbing to get it out of the way. Then just zip on the new one. Looks great.

Easy replacement for factory strap
Strap appears to be well made at a good price. I had a laugh at the installation instructions designed for a young teenage girl with zero interest in tools. "Put on safety glasses" as the first step. They list every step in great detail so there's no question anyone could 'safely' replace the strap. I will add that you should be sure you face the jeep into the wind, or that door downwind, if replacing the strap outdoors so the door doesn't get away from you and damage the mirror or fender.

Easy install and good value for a nagging problem.
The installation was easy and with the right tools ready the process took less than 15 minutes. Did not need to unclip the wire harness for the installation.I only installed the driver side since the passenger side strap still looks and works ok. I will either replace that strap later or save for the driver side in the future.
