Standing Professional Hair Salon Adjustable Conditioning Hooded Box Dryer with Detachable Wheels

This hair dryer arrived on time it was easy to assemble all you need is a Phillips head screwdriver the pieces fit in perfectly it will take you all of 5 minutes. It is quiet I like the way it operates it has an on and off switch. It also has a built-in timer if you need the time your perm or your hair color that goes under the dryer it has wheels and it is portable and it has a handle. I like the way it worked it got hot though it did take a few minutes for it to get hot. I love this dryer I plan on having it for a while in my salon as I am a professional hairdresser. I definitely recommend it

This dryer states that it has a one year warranty. It completely stopped working after 4 months. I have reached out to the seller twice with no response. An Amazon agent also tried reaching out. This is in my place of business and due to the seller not responding, I have had to order a replacement dryer from another seller. Very frustrating as a business owner. The dryer worked fine while it worked, but 4 months is not an acceptable life span

I've had 2 of these in my salon for 5 months now. The timer is not dependable. One of them just doesn't work for this. And the other one has a burning smell coming from inside of it so we are scared to let our clients use it.I've tried contacting the company and gotten no response. To replace it with another $200 dryer seems dumb since they don't work perfectly and I can't afford a better one since we are a small business.This is a major investment. Just buy a better one from the start.

When I first received the dryer it was having trouble staying on, but then it started working fine. As of today 3months of having it stopped working. I have look on YouTube to try to fix it & didn’t find anything helpful.Would not recommend this Hair Dryer
