So when I read furniture reviews I take most with a grain of salt because I think most horrible reviews are likely at least partly due to user error. I am experienced with building “budget furniture,” so I know what I’m getting into when I’m buying a new dresser for a couple hundred bucks - and anyone buying a low cost piece of furniture should understand this. It’s not like putting together a piece of solid wood furniture - you have to be careful, you can’t over tighten screws, you need to triple check directions as you go, make sure you have all the parts before you get started, and if you’re not experienced and you’re trying to build this alone then I suggest you stop and do as suggested in the instructions and get someone to help. Also - this did *not* come with tools as other pieces do. The directions tell you that you need a hammer, a drill, and/or a screwdriver. If you are using a drill, again be careful not to use it too aggressively or else you will definitely crack/break the furniture or strip the screws.With that being said, I had 0 problems assembling this! Someone else said this was dangerous and falling apart when they built it - I don’t know what they did, but I put this together and it’s sturdy as can be. It also comes with two furniture straps to secure it to the wall.This did take me a few hours to put together by myself. Dressers are always a pain because you have to assemble all the drawers. PAY ATTENTION to the drawer rails and make sure you are putting the right ones on the right pieces. There are rails that go onto the chest, and rails that go onto the drawers themselves. And then they are each labeled L and R for left and right. So there is CL and CR for chest left and chest right, and then DL and DR for drawer left and drawer right. It’s an easy mistake to make if you’ve never done it before.Make sure you know what side you want the LED cord to go as the instructions tell you that you can choose whether you want it on the right or the left. Figure out where the outlet you’re going to use is and then follow the directions accordingly.There’s a QR code on the power button for the lights you can to get the APP to control the lighting - it’s so cool! You can make them any color, and there are other cool features as well on the app.Ultimately, this dresser is great! I would never expect this to last for years and years, I told my son to be gentle with it and I think that’s a given. It will hold up well as long as it’s taken care of. These type of drawers can break easily if you open and shut them recklessly. If you like the way it looks and are on a budget like I am, then go for it! Don’t be scared of the lack of reviews/negative reviews and just know that a lot of bad reviews on furniture are because it wasn’t out together properly. If you can’t assemble it yourself, find a handyman to do it and it will still be less than an expensive piece that some of us just can’t afford.

The listing states the height as 45.1" though the actual height is 40.75".The listing states the width as 31.5" though the actual width is 29.5".I would like an explanation for this.

At least 4 of the camlocks broke during assembly- evidence of shoddy manufacturing. I asked the manufacturer to replace the broken camlocks and this is the response I got:Dear Customer, We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. 1. Could you please send pictures of the damaged items or parts you mentioned separately? So we can verify the issue and help you resolve it properly. And please also mark the part number/letter of the damaged part on the instruction/manual? 2. If it is confirmed broken, we will process a satisfactory solution as soon as possible without returning the item to us Hope you can understand and look forward to your prompt reply.I did not keep the broken camlocks and I didn’t keep the manual so I could identify the part number. Do they think I am lying about the broken camlocks? All this over $1 in parts. Stay away from this manufacturer.

Nice lights are a little off but dresser does it’s job

Love these dressers had to give 4 stars only because one of the top drawers had the holes on the outside instead of the inside so we had to drill through to finish putting them together. Other then that very sturdy and instructions were easy to follow

This dresser is for a small child 4 or 5 years old. This dresser is not good for a teenager . It is very small the dresser is about 4 foot tall. The return process is crazy. Because they want you to pay to send the dresser back to them. Amazon will not help you with this matter total waste of time.The seller only offer me a $35 dollar gift card that I never received.
