Wanted to replace my existing mixer due to the surface loosing its coating and decided to go for a Hansgrohe as they are used at my local health club. Excellent quality product which is only let down by possibly the worst instruction manual & as mentioned by other reviews you will require an adapter due to being a European tap. A real pleasure to use as you can see it’s made with quality materials and has a 5 year warranty for peace of mind

Excellent product, outputs nicely aerated water. Comes with sink pop-up waste, which I didn't actually need as I was just replacing the tap. Note the flexible hoses end in 12mm connections, and in the UK the usual size is 15mm, so you may need to get (two) reducing compression couplers - these are readily available for around £1.50 each. Easy to fit, but possibly useful to have someone hold it in place while doing up the under-sink nut as it is front-heavy. Came from Germany very promptly within 3 days. Wish I had more taps to replace!

This is the fourth Hansgrohe basin mixer I've bought for various bathrooms in our home and former home. I also bought the sink mixer. They look classy, are very heayy duty and easy to operate. I now won't buy anything else!

Excellent price and product - much less expensive than UK suppliers. (However, instructions are all in German, but this wasn't a problem.)

Good tap however water stays on top of the tap which results in lime scale. the shape of the tap should have had a slight curve To let the water fall off the top of the tap

I ordered a Hans Grohe faucet in January of 2017. It looked great and Hans Grohe is usually great quality. It was for a basement bath. Other projects took priority and the faucet sat in its box. Finally this fall (2019) we have moved forward with the bathroom project. My plumber came to trim out the new sink and discovered that the faucet has German/European threads on the hot and cold water braided supply lines. The supplies do not attach to US stops and can not be modified. Adapters to go from German thread pattern to US thread pattern run $85 each (I need 2 adaptors) plus tax plus shipping. So my $120 faucet requires $220 in adapters to make it useable plus additional time and additional labor. I understand that it is 3 years after the sale, but age had nothing to do with the faucet being incompatible with US plumbing. The Amazon seller, Nancy Pants Warehouse, conveniently does not list a phone number anywhere and has not responded to message inquiry. Honestly, they should not be selling items that do not integrate with US plumbing unless they explicitly disclose that in a very clear manner. This is not ethical and has driven up material cost, labor cost and time significantly. Very disappointed.

Réception rapide et propre. Mitigeur installé sans difficulté (et pourtant je suis une bricoleuse "du dimanche"). Fonctionne parfaitement bien et semble de bonne qualité (j'ai choisi un Hansgrohe un peu pour cette raison et je pense ne pas être déçue même dans quelques années).
