For the first 30 secs to 1 Min you may not be able to open your eyes and yes it burns in the eye, inducing a lot of tears which cleans the eye completely. This I believe is better than many other non sense chemicals that we put into our eye which are more expensive than this.

this is a very strong eye drop and will burnout ur eyes. the content is so strong that i mistakenly put 2 drops and had a lot of swelling and irritation in the eyes. Had to go to eye specialist and recovered from prescribed medicines. He said we get many cases like this of patanjali eye drop usage. kindly avoid this drop and just use cold water from 'matka' to wash your eyes instead; its more soothing and effective for eyes.
