Easy to miss!
I had to order these twice. They are so light they are easily overlooked within the packages when they are packed by Amazon with other purchases, getting lost in the fluff inside the box. Be mindful of what's being delivered when.

Perfect germination!
I planted half of the seeds from each packet, minus the tropical. I discarded bc I’m not in a tropical climate and you should too, if you are not in a tropical climate. I had 100% germination rate, literally! I used a nail file to file down the tips of the seeds, to damage the hard shell & placed in a wet paper towel and ziplock bags, then I placed in the fridge for about 2 weeks. Every couple of days, pulling them out of the fridge for a few hours. After the 2 weeks, I left them in a cabinet and transplanted as they sprouted into potted soil. Catch them as they sprout, to avoid them growing into the paper towel and damaging roots when transplanting. They are all currently potted in Biodegradable cartons, covered and in the sunroom, waiting to go into the ground.

Don't overthink.
I read some of the reviews prior to making this purchase about doing this or that to get them started. I have been raising milkweed for a couple of years now. I only had one type so I thought I would give these a try to get different color. I do nothing special to get my milkweed to grow. I put the seeds directly from the envelope into the dirt and wait. The ones in the pot are from the purchase and were seeded about 30 days ago. So they do grow and with no special treatment. I have other pots doing about the same. So in my mind the success rate is very good.

Exactly what I wanted
I got these so that I could start a small butterfly garden right outside the fence to my raised garden bed. They came in the standard paper pouches, and I am very happy with it. I have started each type of milkweed, and I will update when they grow.

Not what I ordered but still pretty
These came from the seeds, not sure what happened but still pretty. The butterflies love it. Thanks

Gave these out in my mother's funeral swag bag!
Everyone loved them. Gave people they were starting something anew from a sadness and can move forward with new growth. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!

You have to start them right -- or they don't start at all
A lot of people complaining about not getting plants from seeds are very likely not starting them right. Milkweed is one of the seeds you have to stratify outside naturally over winter or fake stratify by soaking them in a water bath until you see the root crack through the shell. Also, it's best to have these buried about 1/2" under sand and to not just leave them on the surface when you're first seeding them. They dry out and die or birds pick them away. I have had no issues using th fake method water bath and already have young plants I've moved into the yard from using a water bath, then soil cells. No winter required.
