Do these have glitter in them?

Are these firm enough to sit on without the block squishing? I intend to use them as a low cost meditation stool, which won't work if they're too soft

They are not made for sitting or standing on. They are for balance support when doing different yoga poses. They are made of firm foam. I would not suggest using them for sitting or standing on.
