Ample quantities of several sizes of clips. These fit all of my mic stands and boom arms by various manufacturers. I crammed a small one on a very large diameter stand as a test and it didn’t break. I find these very handy in all kinds of studio situations, keeping cable routing tidy. I’ve always had a few of these lying around, but never enough. It’s very nice to buy a big honking bag of them, and the price is very reasonable.

As others have said, the plastic is stiffer than the ones that typically come with mic and boom stands. But they are well made, and don't get me wrong: a hammer isn't necessary, just a little elbow grease. The three sizes is handy.
